Two names. Every bottle accountable.
Their names are on the process, not the label. Every decision made in this distillery traces back to two specific people and the point of view they share.
Josef Farthofer & Klaus Leopold
Klaus Leopold is an Austrian entrepreneur based in Singapore who builds and operates hospitality businesses spanning restaurants, wine importing, spirits production, catering, and F&B consultancy. He is best known for creating the Leopold brand and for promoting Austrian and mediterranean food, wine, and culture in Singapore through restaurants, events, and industry collaborations.
Josef Farthofer is an Austrian master distiller, organic farmer, and entrepreneur best known for building Destillerie Farthofer into one of Europe's leading organic spirits producers. A fifth-generation distiller, he pioneered a “from the field to the bottle” approach, growing his own grain and fruit, operating an in-house malting facility, and producing award-winning vodka, whisky, gin, rum, and fruit brandies with a strong focus on sustainability and traceability. His Organic Premium Vodka won the prestigious IWSC Trophy in London in 2012 and was recognized as the world's best vodka, bringing international recognition to the distillery.
Klaus Leopold — Josef Farthofer
If you can't name who made it, it doesn't belong in a glass.
Austrian precision is not a mood — it is a method. The gin and whiskey produced here are built on traceable distillation conditions, named decisions, and a shared technical standard neither man will move from.

The work continues, batch by batch.
This is not a finished story. Klaus and Josef are still at it — refining the process, holding the standard, producing gin and whiskey that carries both their names forward.
